Already have your own plans, or your own preferred trades? We can step in purely as your construction manager — coordinating the build, managing the budget and programme, and keeping quality on track, while you retain control of the project. Ideal for owners who want professional oversight without handing over the whole job.

3. Managed kitset & granny flat builds

Bought a kitset or planning a granny flat and need someone to actually run the build? We manage the whole process — site prep, foundations, assembly, services, and finishing — so your kitset becomes a finished, compliant building without you having to chase trades yourself.
