We are often asked whether it’s better to renovate or move house. While there are several factors to consider, like location, the big one is affordability. More often than not it makes more financial sense to extend or renovate your existing property rather than move home.
We have a real eye for renovation and can help you unlock the space potential in your home, office or rental property. By working closely with you, we can plan your budget and maximise your living or work space by building up or out – and at the same time add value to your investment.
There is no renovation task too big for us. We aren’t your run of the mill everyday builders or an inexperienced company. We do full house renovations and extensions as well as restoration work such as replacing old weatherboards, repairing detailed interior facias, remaking sash windows and rebuilding decorative verandahs. If it can’t be sourced don’t despair we can make it in our joinery workshop.
Design - let our architect bring your design and section to life. We can compile concept plans for indicative pricing to full working drawings for consent. We can help design and build your new home with our extensive experience and understanding. We also have a number of pre drawn designs, sketches and renders as a starting point.
Build - we will then start and plan your new home and ensure only the best materials and practices are used. We take care of all aspects including subtrades such as plumbers, roofers and landscaping.
Warranties - all our new homes will come with a 10 year warranty for peace of mind or as required for lending criteria should you need ever need it.
