Before starting any work we ask customers to enter into a pre engagement contract. This contract covers specific tailored details for your project and what time and resources we will spend on the pre-work to obtain accurate design, specific costing and detailed specifications. We will give you our honest advice, even if that means less work for us. After this process and quote is completed we then enter a Building contract as is a legal requirement as it provides details such as our insurances, qualifications etc. now how many builders are that straight up!

We provide customers with a time frame and working schedule so they know at any point where we should be up to and any important dates such as council inspections etc. Importantly, your single point of contact is only ever a phone call away if you have any questions before, during or after the work begins.

We send weekly updates to all upcoming and current customers to ensure accurate records and open communication.
